David Damus
David Damus serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of System Property Development Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries, based in Sherman Oaks, California. Mr. Damus’ unique blend of experience encompasses real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, all aspects of parking and construction projects.
Mr. Damus has completed more than one billion dollars in real estate transactions and is a member of both the California and Pennsylvania State Bars. He received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California and his law degree from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Damus serves on several Board of Directors, including The National Parking Association, Vanderbilt University Law School, Campbell Hall Episcopal and Notre Dame High School.

Cindy Holdorff
Cindy Holdorff is the Chief Financial Officer of System Property Development Company, Inc. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Holdorff worked as a forensic accountant specializing in business litigation. She was a Partner at the litigation accounting firms Simpson & Company and White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna & Hunt. Ms. Holdorff’s prior experience includes working in the Litigation Services practice at Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in forensic accounting and damage claim analysis. She has also worked as an internal auditor at the Southern California Gas Company.
Ms. Holdorff has a Masters of Accountancy from the State University of New York in Ithaca and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

JEFFREY GRISWOLD
Jeffrey Griswold serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and Corporate Officer for System Property Development Company, Inc. Mr. Griswold actively participates in real estate acquisitions and sales, property development, legal issues, management and day-to-day oversight for all of System Property and Motor Parks’ operations.
Mr. Griswold majored in Political Science at the University of Georgia, and is a member of the Central City Association, the CCA Executive Committee, and the National Parking Association.

Alex Pilavjian
Alex Pilavjian serves as General Counsel for System Property Development Company, Inc. and Motor Parks, LLC. Alex oversees all of the legal matters of the company, including those related to real estate transactions, parking operations, corporate compliance, employment matters and litigation.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from California State University Northridge. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Alex is admitted to the State Bar of California and to the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

JEREMIAH WATSON
Jeremiah Watson serves as Director of Asset and Property Management at System Property Development Company, Inc., based in Sherman Oaks, California. Mr. Watson’s experience encompasses parking property management, business valuations, real estate finance and accounting, and institutional real estate asset management and acquisitions.
Prior to working at System Property, Mr. Watson worked at RSM in their business valuation and financial advisory services practice and at MetLife Investment Management in their real estate private equity investment management platform.
Mr. Watson has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Accounting from the Marshall School of Business and the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California
